I rode this evening just to see if I could. I didn&#8217;t want to go far because after tossing my cookies for the last couple of days, I was terribly weak.<\/p>\n<p>Seven miles were a lot harder today than seven miles was even a few days ago! It will take a little longer before I get my strength back. I only hope my training doesn&#8217;t take too much of a hit by missing a week of training and being set back because of the flu.
